3. Service Area and Availability
Our services are primarily available in Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, Frisco, Plano, and surrounding communities in the North Texas region. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our designated service area or based on project scope at our sole discretion.
While we offer 24/7 emergency response, response times may vary depending on the nature of the emergency, weather conditions, and technician availability. We make no guarantee of a specific arrival time.
4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided — whether verbal, written, or submitted through this Site — are preliminary and subject to change upon on-site inspection and the actual scope of damage discovered. A formal written estimate will be provided before work begins.
Red Bird Restoration works directly with insurance companies on qualifying claims. However, we make no guarantee regarding insurance approval, coverage amounts, or claim outcomes. Customers remain responsible for any amounts not covered by their insurance carrier.
5. Insurance Coordination
Where applicable, Red Bird Restoration will assist in documenting damage and communicating with your insurance provider. Our involvement in the claims process does not create a fiduciary relationship, and we do not provide legal or insurance advice. Customers are encouraged to review their policy and work directly with their insurer for final claim determinations.
6. Workmanship Warranty
Red Bird Restoration provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty on all remodeling work completed by our team. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by subsequent water intrusion, weather events, or neglect
- Materials supplied by third parties or the customer
- Damage resulting from failure to follow maintenance recommendations
